I hate to spoil surprises.. but unless I give away the big thing here, you not only won't understand, but it won't be very funny. So! The unlikely opponent that Fox has, is the Biped.
The first question you no doubt have is.. "what the heck is a 'biped'?" well you see that blocked colorful guy right under this text? Thats a Biped. A Biped is basically simplistic skeleton of primative shapes, used for animating. You can pose this figure in any way you want. Rotate the head around, bend the legs backwards, etc. Just that you normally don't want to do this.. Notice, I said "normally". Every character that moves, has some skeleton of some kind, that you use to animate with. Bones, or just simple linked blocks, or one method, is with this biped. You click and drag, and instantly create a skeleton. From there, the head, hands and feet, etc, can all be scaled to match your character as well, So the biped for Fox, doesn't look like this guy down here. And it has a tail, obviously. So thats the basic thing. Now, to get the jokes, you have to understand a few things. One, the biped can walk, in this mode called "footstep mode" where you actually lay steps down, and you click.. and it walks.. Trust me though, it SUCKS, but thats what's going in scene C on the next page. It's throwing footsteps out.
If you saw this page before, it's now be changed, and the ENTIRE animation of what I accomplished (which was about 2 minutes and 30 seconds) is on here. Sadly, I still didn't finish.. but that was NOT my fault. The computer gave me far more hell than I've ever experienced in my entire life. Always the last quester, right? But despite my novel full of problems, I still managed to turn out one of the longest, and best, animations at my school.
It got to points where I was AFRAID to work on it, because every time I tried, SOMETHING would go wrong. This is no exaggeration either. Now factor in the 10 WEEKS of hell that I went through, and you will somewhat grasp my insanity.
But problems aside, Click the link for the video, with just a few screens to give you a vague idea of what you''ll be seeing.
